The function of BCS series braking unit products is to consume the regenerative energy generated by the motor during deceleration in the form of heat energy on the braking resistor to generate sufficient braking torque, so as to improve the braking performance of the frequency converter and shorten the braking time of the frequency converter.

Product characteristics

1. Economy: the product has high cost performance ratio and complete specifications, covering single machine economy type and parallel machine universal type, reducing the use cost. Its quality is comparable to that of similar imported products.
2. Versatility: Multi gear adjustable chopper voltage can be applied to low-voltage frequency converters of all brands. For special design, ordinary resistance can be used, and non inductive resistance is not necessary.
3. Reliability: It has IGBT overheat, overcurrent and short circuit protection functions, which can prevent potential safety hazards caused by IGBT breakdown resulting in long-term load operation of the braking resistor.
4. Strong overload capacity: the core components are imported to improve the working junction temperature of the braking unit, so as to enhance the overload capacity of the braking unit.
5. Double absorption circuit: the double absorption circuit is adopted to enable IGBT to more effectively suppress dv/dt, so as to provide more safety protection for the brake unit, frequency converter and other equipment in the main control system.
6. Strong anti-interference capability: the advanced technology of circuit wiring layout is adopted to reduce the circuit inductance, so as to improve the anti-interference capability of the braking unit.
7. Response time and noise reduction: The response time is less than 1mS, there are multiple noise filtering algorithms, and the whole process of noise filtering will not pollute the power grid and interfere with other equipment.
8. Small size: compared with traditional products, innovative integrated circuit technology makes the size more compact and beautiful, saving installation space.
9. Humanized design: a. The panel adopts the spring screw connection technology to make the wiring operation more convenient. b. The operation can be observed and understood through the indicator light without opening the panel.
