  • ASL series three-phase input reactor products are installed on the input side of the frequency converter to protect the frequency converter from the impact of transient overvoltage. It can reduce the surge and peak current, improve the real power factor of the power supply, suppress the harmonic of the power grid, and improve the waveform of the input current.
    1. The power supply has obvious interference (interference, overvoltage) to other equipment
    2. Unbalanced voltage between power supply phases>1.8% of rated voltage
    3. Lines with extremely low impedance (the power transformer is more than 10 times of the rated value of the frequency converter)
    4. A large number of frequency converters installed on one line to reduce line current
    5. Use cos ф (Power factor) correction capacitor or power factor correction unit

  • Product Application

    In particular, it is recommended to use input reactors in the following environments:
    1. Several inverters are closely connected in parallel
    2. The line power supply has obvious disturbance (interference, overvoltage) from other equipment;
    3. The voltage between each phase of the line power supply is unbalanced, exceeding 1.8% of the rated voltage
    4. A large number of frequency converters are installed on the same line
    5. Reduce cos ф Correct the overload on the capacitor if the device contains a power factor correction device
    6. The power supply capacity is 60KVA and above, and the frequency converter is installed within 10M from the large capacity power supply
    7. The frequency converter is powered by lines with very low impedance (when the capacity of the frequency converter is 10 times higher than the rated value of the frequency converter)
